I like taking things that feel complex and making them clear, usable, and intuitive. I do this across enterprise content and product experiences.
I’ve contributed across the Oracle CX suite namely Field Service, Fusion Service, Sales, and CRM. Creating 75+ multimedia assets, shaping CX strategy, and designing for the Oracle Help Center that supports documentation across the Fusion ecosystem.
Outside of work, I explore ideas through writing and design, with two research papers and a published book. When I step away from the screen, I’m usually running long distances, swimming, sketching, or relishing some fish fry.
