REST API content automation
REST API documentation often contained missing examples that writers had to identify manually, then research endpoint specifications, construct XML payloads, test them against a live environment, and check formatting and confidentiality requirements. I explored a workflow that could scan an API guide, identify endpoints without examples, and surface the gaps as a structured review list, shifting the writer’s effort from finding missing content to validating what actually needs to be created.
I then designed a workflow for batch generation of reviewable XML examples, with clear visibility into scan progress, exceptions, selected endpoints and generation status. The system deliberately kept the writer in the loop: generated examples were treated as drafts that required testing and validation before publication, rather than automatically generated final content. This approach was intended to reduce a repetitive, multi-quarter review process into a more focused workflow for identifying, generating and validating missing examples.
The idea of a guardian spirit that protects the cultural, ecological, and social fabric of a community is deeply rooted across the Konkan region. Numerous accounts describe encounters with colossal anthropomorphic beings that share strikingly similar characteristics despite originating from different villages and communities. These entities are known by various names including Rakhandar, Rakhnau, Naas, Rakhno, Devchar, and Daivata with each name reflecting regional dialects, local traditions, and cultural interpretations. While the stories may differ in detail, they collectively point to a shared belief in a powerful presence that watches over both people and place.

Content Validation
Enterprise documentation plays a critical role in helping users successfully navigate complex software. However, ensuring content is clear, and consistent often requires lengthy manual reviews that are time consuming and difficult to standardize across large documentation ecosystems.
Content Validation was conceived as a platform to support technical writers throughout the authoring process by providing structured evaluations before publication. Rather than focusing solely on grammar or style, the platform evaluates documentation from a user experience perspective, helping writers create content that is easier to search, provides sufficient context, and communicates information concisely.

LLM Assisted String Reviews
String reviews at Oracle involved interpreting multiple sets of writing and product guidelines across Redwood UI, Fusion terminology, CTR, ADF REST APIs and BOSS. I explored how an LLM could act as a domain-aware review assistant, using these guidelines as its knowledge base to evaluate strings based on their type, wording and product context. The assistant could identify issues such as incorrect string types, capitalization, clarity, verbosity and terminology, while also flagging cases where CTR verification could not be confidently established rather than making assumptions.
I translated this research into a structured prompt-based workflow capable of reviewing both individual and bulk strings. The prototype produced reviewer-ready recommendations including corrected strings, string-type suggestions and FQS/FQD outputs while keeping detailed reasoning available when needed. In an early workflow test, reviewing 100 strings was reduced from approximately 7 hours to 4 hours.

BOSS REST API experience
The BOSS redesign focused on a broader problem: how might a developer move from discovering an unfamiliar Fusion business object to successfully validating an API call with less context switching and manual setup? I redesigned the experience around a connected developer journey
Discover → Understand → Select → Configure → Validate
The resulting experience turns BOSS from a primarily reference oriented documentation system into a more interactive API workspace. Developers can narrow down the Fusion ecosystem through search and filters, understand a business object before reaching its endpoints, inspect request and response requirements, generate code in languages such as cURL, Python, Java and C#, and use Try It to validate the request within the documentation context. The core design principle was to reduce the amount of reconstruction developers have to do between reading an API and actually using it.

Redesign of Help Center content pages
I redesigned the Oracle Fusion Service Help Center experience to make a large and complex documentation ecosystem easier to navigate and understand. The redesign brings key entry points such as What’s New, Developer content, Setup and user content, and Customer Community.
The Learn More experience around Oracle Fusion Service's emerging Agentic AI capabilities. The page organizes the content around the incident-to-resolution journey, combining an introductory video, product context, and focused AI resources such as service-request triage, resolution agents, configuration guidance, and workflow playbooks. The goal was to turn a broad collection of AI resources into a more structured, discoverable learning experience.

Bite-sized videos
I created a series of bite-sized learning videos for Oracle CX Sales and Fusion Service, covering product configuration, troubleshooting, analytics, integrations, and emerging AI capabilities. The videos were designed to turn complex product workflows into short, task-focused guides that users could follow independently. Oracle’s learning catalogue lists these as video/tutorial content across Sales and Service.
My work involved taking technically detailed workflows and translating them into clear, structured visual walkthroughs, with an emphasis on concise explanations and actionable steps. The collection spans multiple Oracle releases, including 24A, 24B, 25B and 25D, covering everything from Redwood UX and Microsoft 365 integrations to Data Visualization, Service AI and troubleshooting workflows.
